SCOPE OF WORK

PRE- PRODUCTION

Instructional Drill Package

Our team of professionals develop and produce video components to enhance instructional drill programs or assist in developing them from scratch.  We  conduct or attend pre-production meetings including but not limited to­–  planning meetings to discuss concepts and pitch creative ideas, tabletop meetings,  technical and location scouts with members of our production crew and our clients representatives. After determining the amount of cameras and crew members that will be needed to cover the drill,  we then provide our client with a detailed and safe plan to videotape the drill.

Training Video Package

Our team of writers will meet with our client's expert subject matter expert and develop a script for the training video. This insures that all topics are covered for the training or instructional video. This information is then re-developed by our creative team into a shooting script and storyboard. Once this is completed and approved by the client we move on to casting, rehearsals, location scouting, and the creation of a shooting schedule.

PRODUCTION

PRODUCTION

The scope of work includes providing the production team, all crew members, production equipment required to record video and sound elements necessary to produce deliverables (except for items or personnel identified as being provided by others). 

 

Ultra Wave Media will provide camera and sound recording crews at various locations simultaneously, strategically placed GoPro or other "action" cameras, or when needed- Drones fitted with cameras. This style of shooting is designed for filming action while being immersed in it. Remember in most cases of shooting drills, we have one take to get it right– and Ultra Wave specializes in pulling it off.

It is normally necessary to shoot supplemental and alternative footage, scenic videography, and interviews on other production days.

POST PRODUCTION

Ultra Wave Media is responsible for completion of the post production process which includes editing, music, audio mix, color correction, graphics, narration recording, addition of stills or footage provided by the client, and all other post production needs.

Final deliverables produced can be used for-

  • Instructional Drill Videos

  • Training videos

  • Content for online training materials, web conferencing, learning modules, and user desktop sharing.

  • Social Media Content

  • Documentary Shorts or Features

  • Commercials and other forms of advertisement

  • Packages for conventions and conferences

The work is completed in a timely manner, meets any deadlines required, and conforms to and fulfills the requirements of all contractual agreements.

  •  Event Videography–  From single to multi-cam shoots including video assist utilizing large screens or projectors, Ultra Wave Media can insure that everyone at your event connects with the speaker. This video can be recorded and delivered to document the event.

  • Live Stream- Events can be distributed utilizing high-quality video to your website, apps, Over-the-Top platform, and social channels.
