The SoCal BPP Monument

The monument is being designed and created through a co-sponsorship between the SoCal Black Panther Party Memory Project, the Empower L.A. Zapata/King and South Central L.A. Neighborhood Councils, the Los Angeles Trade Tech College Architecture Environmental Design Program, and Ultra Wave Media.

The SoCal Black Panther Party Memory Project is currently working with 9th District Councilman Curren D. Price to finalize the permanent location for the monument at a public park.
